  • Maintain proper food storage and cooking temperatures.
  • Comply with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines.
  • Keep workstation clean and organized.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely; report issues promptly.
  • Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety and quality.
  • Maintain good relationships with coworkers, managers, and guests.
  • Assist colleagues and support restaurant operations.
  • Attend meetings and suggest improvements.
