7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our store leadership team through the Assistant Restaurant Leader Trainee program.

You will work with a management group, receive training, and progress in a role with full-time hours and competitive pay. The role emphasizes customer service leadership, staff training, health and safety compliance, and ongoing oversight of daily foodservice operations.

Qualifications

• Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Restaurant Leader, for all restaurant employees.
• Ability to oversee the restaurant condition and ensure that it complies with company policies and Health Department Standards.
• Strength ensuring proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change.
