Alchemy is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Lynnfield, MA who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant setting. You will lead a dynamic front-of-house team on busy shifts, modeling outstanding hospitality, coaching staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences from start to finish.

You’ll collaborate with the General Manager and Chef to foster a positive culture, attract and retain talent, and drive operational excellence across scheduling, labor, inventory, and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent food, beverage and service knowledge.
• Ability to inspire teams to work together toward a common goal.
• Lead by example, setting a culture of trust and excellence.
• Excellent communication skills with individuals at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and set the tone for genuine, memorable hospitality.
• Support, coach, and develop a strong FOH team.
• Run smooth, organized shifts while keeping the guest experience front and center.
• Build relationships with guests and create reasons for them to come back.
• Partner with the General Manager and Chef to create a positive, collaborative restaurant culture.
• Help recruit, train, and retain great people.
• Bring ideas to the table and look for opportunities to improve.
• Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, organization, and execution.
• Support the operational side of the business, including scheduling, labor management, inventory, and financial performance.
