Qualifications

• Min 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Basic computer literacy needed for scheduling and inventory.
• Strong math and accounting skills for daily balance and profits.
• Analytical and decision-making skills to solve problems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards.
• Support Restaurant General Manager and ensure team duties are completed.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain financial accountability.
• Provide safe, quality food and timely service to customers.
• Guide and develop Team Members and Shift Managers.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety across the restaurant environment.
