• Previous franchise restaurant experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Builds a warm culture in the store where our team members feel valued.
• Communicates effectively with all Guests.
• Actively onboards and develops all new team members.
• Actively manages operational targets to meet monthly objectives.
• Upholds standards and takes corrective action when standards are not being met.
• Participates in business plan development and executes on the plan, including LTOs, in a high performing way.
• Understands the Restaurants P&L and levers to drive results.
• Participates in inventory management and scheduling.
• Demonstrates and upholds all safety and security standards.
