Job summary

Alexandria Restaurant Partners is seeking an experienced General Manager in Orlando to lead and develop the restaurant team, uphold ARP quality standards, and drive guest satisfaction. You will partner with the management team to execute brand systems, optimize operations, and safeguard financial performance.

You will model ARP values, coach managers, ensure safety standards, and maintain a high-performing staff culture across shifts, while staying aligned with ARP’s mission and guest-first

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years restaurant management experience in full service, high volume environments.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive results.
• Track record of achieving positive financial results at the restaurant level.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building.
• Dependable, reliable and highly motivated to perform at a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage and hold the restaurant team accountable for quality standards and safety.
• Model culture and values to create a safe, guest-focused environment.
• Develop the Restaurant Management Team and hourly staff to support growth.
• Drive profitability through effective financial management and cost control.
• Maintain facility standards and ensure proper operation of all service areas.
• Represent the ARP brand and support new openings as needed.
• Ensure staffing levels, training, and attire meet ARP policies and procedures.
