Job summary

Alexandria Restaurant Partners is seeking a General Manager (GM) to oversee daily restaurant operations and uphold high hospitality standards in our Virginia location. You will lead hourly staff hiring, supervision, and development, coaching on service, food, and beverage standards, and foster growth within the team.

The GM will execute ARP's operating vision, set and enhance standards, manage day-to-day fires, and ensure elevated food and beverage quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in full-service, high-volume restaurants or hospitality businesses.
• Results- and detail-oriented.
• High-level organizational skills with multi-task capabilities.
• Clear and calm communication style; able to tell a persuasive story and convey information clearly.
• Management style is personable and approachable.
• Ability to manage and resolve conflicts and difficult situations effectively.
• Adaptable; can change priorities and manage workloads with minimal direction.
