Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Leader in Providence to guide strategic direction, uphold operational standards, and drive growth through people development and sales performance.

You will mentor crewmembers, manage budgets, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting. This full-time role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and a commitment to Raising Cane’s culture and values.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively while upholding Raising Cane’s standards.
• 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting and budgeting to ensure overall financial success of the restaurant.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and laws.
• Hire and train management-level crewmembers and manage payroll processes.
• Create work and training schedules for crewmembers and provide performance management.
• Open/close the restaurant and manage cash handling; monitor P&L statements.
