Qualifications

• Strong math, analytics and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Lead and develop a high-performing restaurant team to deliver excellent service.
• Manage labor, inventory and costs to meet financial targets.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and compliance with Health codes.
