Job summary

Desert De Oro Foods operates a Pizza Hut restaurant seeking a Restaurant General Manager. You will lead hands-on operations, train staff, and model insights-driven leadership to achieve guest satisfaction and profitability.

Responsibilities include coaching managers, executing marketing programs, and ensuring safety and quality standards while maintaining cost controls and labor efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of operational management experience in QSR or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Strong math and accounting skills to manage P&L and financials.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a Pizza Hut restaurant following company policies and standards.
• Recruit and develop high-quality operators to deliver great customer experiences.
• Lead and coach managers and team members to achieve operational excellence.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, and labor to optimize costs and service.
• Ensure safe working and guest environments and compliance with health codes.
• Analyze sales and labor to drive margin and revenue growth.
• Provide leadership in delivering marketing programs and customer satisfaction.
