Job summary

Desert De Oro Foods is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for a Pizza Hut location in Phoenix. You will lead daily operations, train staff, manage guest experiences, and maximize profitability by controlling costs and optimizing service execution.

Reporting to the Area Coach, you will build a culture of recognition, coach Managers and Team Members, and ensure adherence to brand standards while delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 18 years of age and reliable transportation.
• 2-4 years of operational management experience in Quick Service Restaurant or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Strong math and accounting skills to manage P&L and control costs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train staff, respond to customer needs, and model Pizza Hut standards.
• Drive labor control, know-how in scheduling, ordering, and inventory to meet restaurant needs.
• Ensure local health and safety codes and policies are followed.
• Resolve customer issues and coach managers to improve service quality.
• Develop SMART action plans, track performance, and drive margin growth.
