Krystal Restaurants LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to balance strong leadership with delivering WOW service to guests. This role focuses on energizing the team, maintaining high standards in operations, and driving brand initiatives while managing daily restaurant performance.

The position requires developing talent, controlling costs, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. A strong emphasis on PRIDE values and teamwork guides daily activities.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of management experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team and coach Shift Leaders and crew members.
• Create memorable guest experiences and coach WOW service.
• Support local promotions and brand initiatives.
• Develop sales forecasts and schedules to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness are met.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary and appealing restaurant environment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, cleanliness and fire policies.
