Responsibilities

• Creates a great energy in the restaurant and sets the team up for success.
• Empowers the team through Yes I Can.
• Coaches and motivates the Shift Leaders and crew members.
• Recruits and develops top grade talent.
• Maintains brand operating standards and Krystal operating systems.
• Monitors business metrics: sales, schedules, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Supports local promotions and community events.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and welcoming restaurant environment.
