You will balance strong leadership with hands-on guest interaction, ensuring energy, friendliness and speed in service while achieving financial and quality goals.

The role emphasizes coaching, talent development and engagement with guests, and requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years management experience.
• Excellent people leadership and guest service skills required.
• Available to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
