In this role you will coach Shift Leaders, recruit and develop talent, manage schedules and inventories, and ensure health and safety standards are met while achieving financial goals. This is a hands-on management position.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of management experience.
• Excellent people leadership and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant teams to deliver WOW service and guest experiences.
• Coach and motivate Shift Leaders and crew members.
• Recruit and develop top talent and maintain energy in the team.
• Develop sales forecasts and schedules to meet quality, service, and cleanliness goals.
• Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are followed.
