Qualifications

• Ability to lead a fast-paced restaurant team.
• Excellent people leadership and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team to deliver WOW guest service.
• Coach and develop Shift Leaders and crew.
• Recruit and develop top talent.
• Execute Krystal operating systems and financial plans.
• Monitor schedules, inventory, and HACCP logs.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and compliance in the restaurant.
