Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines.
• Build a culture using Vision/Mission to guide Teamwork and guest-driven service.
• Respond to verbal guest complaints promptly and refer complex issues to AD/DO.
• Oversee scheduling to meet sales demands and manage staffing levels.
• Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Develop and train managers; conduct regular evaluations and coaching.
