Charleys Cheesesteaks is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to work closely with the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations. You will lead and develop the team, ensure high-quality food and service, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in restaurant or foodservice.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Solid understanding of labor costs, food costs, and inventory control.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
