You’ll recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team, manage labor and costs, uphold food safety and brand standards, and foster a positive workplace culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience, preferably as a General Manager or Assistant GM.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Proven ability to drive operational and financial results.

• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
