Job summary

Middleton Place in North Charleston, SC seeks a Restaurant Leader/Manager to drive operations by aligning with our mission, vision, and core values. This role coaches Trainers and Teams, ensures tools are in place, and leads by example to exceed guest expectations.

You will oversee mastery of operations, own the numbers, and help others win by developing future leaders, while maintaining a strong focus on SOPs and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in a similar leadership role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and coaching abilities.
• Commitment to the Mission, Vision and Core Values.
• Positive attitude and teamwork.
• Ability to work a long shift (avg 45 hours/week) and schedule: 5:45 AM–2:00 PM or 2:00 PM–11:00 PM, Mon–Sat.

Restaurant Leader / Manager

Job Description

This leader executes operational strategies and works closely with the Operation Leads to ensure that our Mission, Vision, and Core Values are the foundation on which we grow the business. This leader actively applies the 3 Fundamentals of Execution – Pursuing Mastery, Owning the Numbers, and Helping Others Win – in pursuit of operational goals within the restaurant. This leader actively coaches and supports the Trainers and Team Members, and ensures that they have the tools needed to execute their roles successfully.

Skills & Requirements

The Team Lead must meet the following requirements:

• Gain a good understanding of all SOP’s, goals, and systems pertaining to the Restaurant
• Average at least 45 hours per week
• Available from 5:45 AM to 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM any day of the week, Monday - Saturday.

Reporting Structure

Reports directly to the Operations Lead
