Job summary

Workstream is seeking a hands-on hospitality leader in Augusta, GA to oversee daily operations focused on guest satisfaction, speed, and accuracy. You will lead by example, train others, and ensure staff upholds service standards and team culture.

The role requires at least 2+ years of progressive leadership experience, strong communication, and a proactive, people-first mindset to resolve issues calmly and drive improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
