Job summary

RA Sushi Holding Corp. is seeking a Dishwasher to support the restaurant’s kitchen operations in Florida. The role involves washing and storing tableware and kitchenware, cleaning the dish machine, and maintaining a clean dish room.

The position may require basic food preparation knowledge and prior experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen. You will help ensure the dining room and kitchen are stocked with clean dishes, assist with waste management, and support cooks and servers to keep

Qualifications

• Basic food preparation knowledge preferred.
• Previous experience in food preparation preferred but not required.
• Experience in restaurant, catering or hotel kitchen highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Loads, runs and unloads the dish machine.
• Keeps the dish machine clean and reports problems.
• Monitors dish machine water temperature for sanitary wash.
• Washes and stores all tableware and kitchenware.
• Keeps dish room clean and organized.
• Maintains adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
• Bags and hauls dish room trash to dumpster at designated times.
• Handles tableware to prevent breakage and loss.
• Maintains detergents and cleaning supplies per SDS.
• Cleans food prep and production areas as required.
• Fills in to ensure smooth operation as directed by manager or chef.
• Performs other duties as assigned by a supervisor.
