Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a Store/Restaurant environment.
• Good communication skills with co-workers and supervisors.
• Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, and policy documents.

Responsibilities

• Load, run and unload the dish machine.
• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, tableware and other utensils.
• Carry clean dishes to the cook’s line and proper storage areas.
• Keep the dish machine clean and report any problems.
• Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle.
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
• Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas and dish room.
• Be available to fill in as needed to support restaurant operations.
