Job summary

Trapper's Sushi Parkland Inc is seeking a dependable dishwasher to keep the kitchen running smoothly during busy service. You will wash, sanitize, and stock dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment while staying on the move and collaborating with cooks and servers.

In this non-exempt, entry-level role, you will maintain cleanliness, follow safety procedures, and assist with basic prep as needed. Competitive hourly pay and benefits accompany a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. during an 8+ hour shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to heat, steam, and wet conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Monitor dish machine temperatures and sanitizer levels; report problems.
• Return clean dishes to proper storage to keep stations stocked during service.
• Keep dish area clean and organized throughout the shift.
• Assist with basic food prep, restocking, and deliveries as directed.
• Communicate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
