As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for food production and managing the back-of-the-house operations, using Golden Corral products, recipes, procedures, and systems to ensure quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met. You will also oversee overall restaurant operations, including food quality, production, safety, and labor management in the absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager.

Requirements:

  • Strong, stable work history with management experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant.
  • Successful completion of Golden Corral's paid 12-week management training program.
