In this role as Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for food production and managing the Back-of-the-House operations using Golden Corral products, recipes, procedures, and company systems to ensure quality food, adherence to recipes, and cleanliness for our guests. As a member of the restaurant operations management team, you will also oversee the restaurant’s overall operations, including food quality, production, safety, and labor management in the absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager.

Requirements:

  • Strong, stable work history with management experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant.
  • Successful completion of Golden Corral's paid 12-week management training program.
