NADC Burger is seeking a hands-on General Manager to run a single store in Charlotte, NC, with growth potential as we expand. You’ll own the kitchen and dining floor, ensure quality and speed, and lead a team that takes pride in their work.

You’ll hire and train staff, manage schedules, and coach the crew to sustain high standards. Growth into multi-unit leadership is baked into the plan, rewarding performance with more scope and pay.

Qualifications

• Real hands-on culinary experience across line, chef, or kitchen management.
• 2+ years managing a restaurant kitchen, shift, or team in QSR, fast-casual, or full-service.
• Genuine hospitality instinct that shows in guest interactions.
• Track record of building a crew that wants to be there.
• Comfort with the pace, heat, and standards of a high-volume kitchen.
• Basic comfort with labor %, food cost, ordering, or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Own the kitchen and the floor: food quality, ticket times, cleanliness, and guest experience, every shift.
• Taste and check product; identify and fix issues before reaching guests.
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach a crew that takes pride in the workplace.
• Run store numbers: labor, food cost, waste, and ordering as if it were your business.
• Maintain food safety and health standards without overburdening the team.
• Resolve guest issues on the spot to encourage return visits.
• Partner with ownership to train managers for future locations.
