Call Your Mother Deli is seeking a hands-on Restaurant IT Systems Analyst to keep the technology behind our growing Shops and Support Office running smoothly in Washington, DC. You’ll troubleshoot complex issues, manage configurations, and drive technology projects with urgency and a solutions-focused mindset.

The role requires 3+ years in applicable IT areas, experience with restaurant tech, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in application support or related fields.
• Familiarity with restaurant tech such as POS, online ordering, delivery, loyalty, and kitchen systems.
• Experience supporting multi-unit openings or deployments.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for Level 2 and Level 3 incidents.
• Troubleshoot application, configuration, integration, access, infrastructure and data issues.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to triage complex incidents.
• Administer multiple business-critical SaaS platforms.
• Manage menu, pricing, product, and promotional changes across restaurant platforms.
• Follow established change-management practices.
• Support implementations of new restaurant and corporate platforms.
• Assist with new shop opening tech initiatives.
• Contribute to integrations and technology implementations.
• Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and support procedures.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend scalable improvements.
• Maintain device policy and management systems.
