Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking an Operations Technology Professional (OTP) to repair and maintain technology in 21 restaurants. The role includes troubleshooting POS issues, performing self-installs, and supporting new technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing and maintaining technology equipment in a restaurant setting.
• Must be available for late evenings or early mornings due to upgrades.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Transportation is required to visit multiple locations.
• Previous experience as a Restaurant OTP is required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot POS technology issues across restaurant locations.
• Perform self-installs and OS upgrades as needed.
• Maintain equipment and perform scheduled tasks for optimal performance.
• Set up new hire accounts and reset passwords as necessary.
• Communicate technology issues, outcomes, and costs weekly.
