Job summary

ALife Hospitality Group is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Manager in Houston, Texas. You will oversee purchasing and inventory across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring efficient stock management without waste. Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, placing inventory orders, and maintaining vendor relationships. Qualifications

• Previous inventory management or purchasing experience, preferably in restaurants or hospitality.
• Strong analytical skills — you spot patterns in data and act on them.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple locations and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels across all locations — identify shortages, prevent surplus, and keep inventory accurate.
• Place inventory orders based on demand forecasting, avoiding both stockouts and overstock.
• Record and reconcile deliveries daily; maintain accurate records in R365.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality, pricing, and reliable fulfillment.
