Qualifications

• Completion of H‑E‑B or JVSS Management Training Program.
• Operational / Retail Management experience.
• Leadership experience in a complex environment with multiple direct reports.
• Thorough understanding of retail accounting.
• Experience in ordering, inventory maintenance, and shrink control.

Responsibilities

• Make employment-related and business decisions using independent judgment.
• Manage people, staffing, and training for the area of focus.
• Review and analyze financial and performance reports.
• Lead Operational Review Team audits and findings.
• Conduct detailed store and/or department walks.
• Create weekly schedules to meet business needs.
