Job summary

The Wendy's Company is seeking a maintenance technician to perform daily repairs and preventative maintenance on restaurant equipment and property across Wendy's locations. You will support on-call rotations, overtime as needed, and may work in extreme weather conditions while ensuring timely work order completion.

The role requires knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration, the ability to lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders up to 30ft, and maintain electrical equipment.

Qualifications

• HVAC and refrigeration knowledge required.
• Must lift up to 50lbs, climb a 30ft ladder, and operate in extreme climates.
• Able to maintain/repair various electrical equipment.
• 1-3 years of maintenance/repair experience or equivalent.
• EPA Certification Type I and II required.
• Competencies: Customer Orientation, Learning Agility, Initiative, Functional Expertise, Organizing and Planning.

Responsibilities

• Reactive maintenance: perform demand repairs on restaurant equipment and property.
• Proactively create/complete work orders for critical issues found during visits.
• Preventative maintenance: perform PM as per work orders and create new ones as needed.
• Utilize My TechConnect: organize daily workload and keep accurate inventories.
