Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a skilled Restaurant Maintenance Technician to service multiple locations, focusing on HVAC, refrigeration, and hot side kitchen equipment. You will manage walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, shake machines, and modular equipment, ensuring safe, clean, and high-performing stores.

Applicants must have at least 2 years of refrigeration experience, own tools, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience with refrigeration (coolers and freezers).
• Must possess your own tools/instruments required for refrigeration work.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain HVAC units, walk-in coolers/freezers, modular equipment, ice machines, shake machines, and reach-in units.
• Learn to repair and maintain hot side kitchen equipment.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and systems; perform self-identified repairs to keep stores in top shape.
• Use a company tablet to manage requests and document completions.
• Collaborate with Service Area Managers, office staff, and store leadership.
