KitchenSync, Inc. in Los Angeles (Beverly Grove/West Hollywood) is seeking an HR Generalist who will provide day-to-day HR support to restaurant clients.

This client-facing role blends HR expertise with KitchenSync's software to streamline processes for hourly workforces. You will manage onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and lifecycle activities while staying current on federal, state, and local laws.

Formación

• 3+ years of HR Generalist or related experience.
• Experience supporting hourly, multi-unit, restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume workforces preferred.
• Strong understanding of employee relations, benefits, HR administration, and compliance.
• Comfortable learning and using software and technology platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients.
• Excellent communication and client-service skills.
• Ability to translate complex HR requirements into practical guidance.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive client service.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a trusted HR resource for assigned restaurant clients.
• Answer questions on HR policies, benefits, compliance.
• Guide on employee relations, performance, disciplinary matters.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle processes.
• Help develop HR policies and employee communications.
• Monitor employment laws across jurisdictions and inform clients.
• Assist with HR investigations as needed.
• Train clients on KitchenSync software and HR processes.
• Ensure accurate HR records and data flow between systems.
