Role Overview: Hospitality Manager

As a Hospitality Manager, you will foster a spirit of hospitality in the Front-of-the-House by creating a warm, positive environment. You will select friendly and talented co-workers, and lead human and financial resources to ensure profitable operations and a dining experience that makes pleasurable dining affordable. Your goal is to turn guests into long-term, loyal customers. Additionally, you will oversee overall restaurant operations, including food quality, safety, and labor management, especially in the absence of the General Manager and Kitchen Manager.

Requirements:

• Strong, stable work history with management experience in high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurants.
• Education and training typically associated with college coursework in business or hospitality.
• Successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
