Job summary

Azul Hospitality at Red Cliffs Lodge Moab invites a friendly Runner Busser to support our restaurant team. You will deliver food, clear tables, reset settings and assist service staff to ensure guests have a seamless dining experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in food service, understand table settings and safety procedures, and can work in a fast-paced environment. High school level education required; full-time or part-time schedules available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
• Requires good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must possess basic computational ability.
• Knowledge of table and bar service.
• Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to describe all menu items and methods of preparation.
• Knowledge of operating equipment related to the outlet, including coffee maker and cash terminals.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests dining in restaurant.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with their food.
• Clear and reset tables quickly and safely.
• Restock busing stations and maintain cleanliness of dining area.
• Assist service team to exceed guest expectations.
