Job summary

Noodles & Company is seeking a Team Member to join our friendly atmosphere and enthusiastic crew in Fargo. You will greet guests, take orders, and handle payments while upholding our brand standards and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome.
• Take guests’ food orders and handle cash and credit transactions.
• Follow Noodles & Company’s procedures for cash handling and safety/security to ensure team safety.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
• Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Prepare food items including prep, noodles, salads, soups, sandwiches.
• Check food quality and temperatures to ensure freshness and safety.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures including knife handling and equipment.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and setup across dining room, kitchen, and prep areas.
• Address guest concerns and complaints effectively.
• Work as a team to prepare the restaurant for each shift.
• Act with integrity and promote company culture.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Position may include cook, cashier and/or server responsibilities.
• Adhere to appearance standards.
• Free Shift Meal.
