Cabo Bob’s LLC is seeking a dynamic Guest Satisfaction Lead to guide a fast-paced restaurant team in Meadows Place, TX. You’ll collaborate with the General Manager to coach staff, manage daily operations, and drive a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Current Food Manager certification.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Strong communication skills; English required, bilingual is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with a positive attitude and a smile.
• Help organize and plan for daily business needs.
• Look for ways to improve processes and support smooth operations.
• Interview and help select candidates for employment.
• Maintain key daily records, including notes, temperature logs, evaluations, prep lists, and restock checklists.
• Provide coaching and feedback to support employee growth and development.
• Attend weekly meetings with store managers to discuss business needs, staffing, produce orders, and service goals.
• Ensure catering and online orders are prepared accurately and on time.
• Be available for a variety of shifts, including opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Build strong relationships with staff, guests, and the management team.
• Uphold company standards and enforce policies consistently.
