Qualifications

• 1 year restaurant experience preferred.

• Excellent organizational and conversational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a smile and positive attitude.
• Engage with guests, anticipate needs, and address inquiries promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, specials, and promotions.
• Handle complaints professionally or escalate to management.
• Assist with running food, delivering and refilling drinks.
• Guide guests to tables, present menus, and take to-go orders.
