Job summary

Donatos is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead and develop the team, drive operations excellence, and grow sales while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The RM coaching-centric role focuses on integrity, honesty, and pride, establishing a culture aligned with our Mission & Promise.

The RM schedules include openings, mid shifts, closings, weekends, and holidays, with responsibilities spanning training, staffing, cost control, and guest satisfaction initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• ServSafe certification is required.
• External candidates: 1 year in a similar role preferred.
• Internal candidates must complete required RM training and development activities.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train new associates and clarify their roles.
• Model performance standards and coach the team.
• Ensure staffing levels are optimal across volume periods.
• Control cash and assets per cash handling policies.
• Empower associates to resolve customer concerns to satisfaction.
• Improve customer satisfaction via feedback programs and callbacks.
• Engage the local community to build partnerships and growth.
• Open/close the restaurant with proper admin procedures.
