Job summary

Ruby Tuesday is seeking a General Manager to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations in Ohio. You will drive sales growth, EBITDA achievement, and budget adherence while fostering a culture of accountability among Managers and Team Members.

You will recruit, hire, train, coach, and lead both FOH and HOH teams, conduct regular one-on-ones, reinforce leadership behaviors, and ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations. The role requires strong communication and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred or obtainable within 90 days.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Own your four walls and your local community through growing sales and EBITDA.
• Recruit, hire, train, develop and communicate with all Managers and Team Members.
• Oversee front of house and heart of house results and ensure staffing.
• Monitor scheduling and staffing to meet sales goals.
• Adhere to wage, hour regulations and payroll responsibilities.
