• Assist guests in making reservations as they call or arrive at the restaurant utilizing Open Table reservation system.

Location: Wailea, HI

• Assist guests in making reservations as they call or arrive at the restaurant utilizing Open Table reservation system.
• Assist servers in making table assignments for guests based on reservation size, time, and restaurant availability according to Open Table.
• Answer questions regarding restaurant hours of operation, menu items, and assist guests with any other requests as needed.
• Seat guests correctly at assigned able and provide them with necessary supplies such as menus, silverware, high chairs, etc.
• Answer incoming telephone calls within 3 rings in a friendly and professional manner.
• Be able to multi-task between assisting guests as they arrive, answering the telephone, and assisting coworkers.
• Effectively organize and utilize Open Table's reservation wait sheet.
• Operate the electronic pager system according to the wait sheet and table availability.
• Learn each server's name and corresponding section each shift and effectively rotate seating based on table availability.
• Ability to utilize restaurant systems to predict and accurately quote wait times to guests.
• Perform restroom checks to ensure they are clean and adequately stocked.
• Collect and clean each menu as well as clean and restock the greeter work stations.
• Must be dependable, report to work as scheduled and on time, and follow all policies regarding attendance.
