Hyatt Hotels Corporation at Spruce Peak in Vermont seeks a Hospitality Professional for the Penthouse to greet guests and assist with travel itineraries, reservations, and overall guest experience details. You will promote hotel services and connect guests with local authentic experiences in the community, working with a supportive team to create memorable stays.

Rate of Pay is $22.00 an hour. This role offers benefits after 30 days, ski pass, golf membership, and discounted Hyatt stays

Qualifications

• Flexibility in your schedule is essential.
• Must be available to work nights, both weekend days and all Holiday's as needed.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required
• A passion for providing service to others and assisting them with creating authentic vacation or travel experiences
• Must be a people person willing to go beyond the expected for our guests
• Ability to communicate well both verbally and through legible and grammatically correct writing
• A qualified applicant is a “people person” who is flexible with their schedule, loves to serve others, and knows how to multi-task while ensuring accuracy

As a Hospitality Professional for the Penthouse, you will be an integral member of the front office team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our guests.You will have the opportunity to greet guests and assist them with their travel itinerary, reservations, and overall guest experience details.You will be able to meet guests form the local community and communities all over the world.As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to promote hotel services and amenities to the guests and connect the guest to local and authentic experiences in the community. This is a very unique opportunity to work with a supportive team and to work with guests from all over the world.

Rate of Pay - $22.00 an hour
