Job summary

PopStroke is seeking an Assistant Operating Partner in Austin, TX to support daily restaurant and golf operations, oversee staff, inventory, and guest satisfaction, and uphold the PopStroke Way.

You will report to the Operating Partner and contribute to the team with ownership mindset, accountability, and a hands-on leadership style. This role offers a pathway to grow within a founder-led brand focused on energy and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Restaurant Management/Supervision experience.
• Knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager in meeting service, sales, and profit objectives and supervise staff.
• Promote PopStroke’s Best in Class philosophy and image.
• Run shifts and create a positive, productive, and fun work environment.
• Adhere to standards to control food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor costs.
• Provide training and feedback to exceed guest expectations and achieve business goals.
• Assist with scheduling, hiring, supervision, and when necessary termination of employees.
