Job summary

PopStroke Entertainment Group is seeking an Executive Operating Partner to lead daily restaurant and golf operations, drive profitability, and develop the team across food, beverage, and golf services.

You will oversee inventory, ordering, cost controls, training, scheduling, and guest satisfaction, reporting to the VP of US Operations, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences at PopStroke Greens courses and venues.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of management experience in high-volume hospitality or entertainment settings.
• College degree preferred; Bachelor in hotel/restaurant management desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook for reporting and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all venue operations and make final decisions on matters of importance.
• Manage costs, inventories, scheduling, and profitability across food, beverage, and golf services.
• Lead hiring, training, development, and performance reviews of staff.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and adherence to sanitation standards.
