Job summary

PopStroke is looking for an Assistant Operating Partner to help the Operating Partner manage daily restaurant and golf operations, hire and develop staff, and ensure guest satisfaction across dining, golf, and ice cream shop areas. You will oversee scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and cost controls, mentor team members, and ensure compliance with company standards and local laws.

This role reports to the Operating Partner and requires ServSafe certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hotel/restaurant management preferred.
• 5+ years in restaurant management or supervision in high-volume settings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager in meeting service, sales, and profit targets.
• Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and uphold quality across restaurant and golf operations.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and personnel/payroll duties.
• Oversee inventory, procurement, and cost controls to minimize waste.
• Maintain sanitary practices and compliance with laws and company policies.
