Job summary

PopStroke is seeking an Assistant Operating Partner to support the Operating Partner in daily restaurant and golf operations, oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and inventory, ensuring guests have a top-notch experience and that service aligns with PopStroke's standards.

The Assistant Operating Partner (aka Assistant General Manager) reports to the Operating Partner and requires ServSafe certification, a college degree is preferred, 5 years of restaurant management, and US work eligibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in hotel/restaurant management preferred.
Minimum of 5 years restaurant management/supervision in a high-volume environment.
ServSafe certification required.
U.S. work eligibility and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Support General Manager in meeting service, sales, and profit goals and supervise staff daily.
Lead training, scheduling, and staffing to maintain a positive, productive environment.
Ensure guest satisfaction and uphold PopStroke standards across restaurant and golf operations.
Oversee ordering, inventory, and purchasing; manage cost controls and reporting.
Uphold sanitation, safety, and compliance across all areas and assist with hiring and evaluations.
