Job summary

PopStroke is seeking an Operating Partner to manage daily restaurant and golf operations at our venue in Northern Kentucky. You will lead food, beverage, and service teams, driving guest satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability while upholding PopStroke standards.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on problem solving, and a track record of managing high-volume hospitality operations. You will report to the VP of US Operations and oversee budgeting, scheduling, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in hotel/restaurant management preferred; comparable experience considered.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Minimum 7 years of management in hospitality, entertainment or restaurant operations.
• Valid driver's license and legal work eligibility in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all venue areas and make final operational decisions.
• Increase sales and minimize costs across food, beverage, and labor.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Hire, train, and develop restaurant and golf operations staff.
• Maintain staff schedules and staffing plans.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and handle complaints effectively.
