Taziki's Café is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Birmingham, AL. This full-time role oversees store operations, analyzes P&L, writes weekly staff schedules, sets tone for shifts, and ensures guest satisfaction across all stations including kitchen and catering.

Requirements include at least 3 years of upper management, strong leadership, food safety knowledge, ability to recruit and mentor staff, and a Food Manager certification soon after start.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people-management abilities.
• Experience managing restaurant P&L and cost goals.
• Strong communication and guest-service focus.
• Food Manager certification to be obtained shortly after start.
• Proficient with Google Suite and basic computer literacy.

Responsabilités

• Analyze store P&L and define cost-reduction paths.
