Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years as a salaried manager in full-service casual dining.
• Experience with alcohol service is desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership and guest-satisfaction track record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant and catering operations.
• Ensure excellent guest service that meets or exceeds expectations.
• Staffing, scheduling, and directing daily operations to meet guest needs.
• Manage day-to-day operations and P&L, following cash control procedures.
• Collaborate with VP of Regional Operations on annual operating budget and cost controls.
